What is considered a warranty case?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects identified during correct use of the product:

  • Hidden soldering/connection defects;
  • Defective lock or fasteners;
  • Loosening of the insert fastening, if the cause is a manufacturing defect (confirmed by diagnostics).

The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear and external influences: scratches, abrasions, deformations/impacts, broken chains, traces of chemicals (chlorine, household chemicals, perfume, cosmetics), sports/sauna/pool, as well as interference by third parties.

How long does the warranty last?

The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase and is valid upon presentation of proof of purchase (receipt/order details) and product identification (tag/product code).

The exact terms and conditions may vary for individual categories of jewelry and are specified at the time of purchase.

What to do if a stone falls out?

  1. Do not wear the product further to avoid damaging the seat.

  2. If the stone is still there, carefully place it in a bag/box.

  3. Contact us and send a photo if possible.

  4. Bring the product to the showroom (Chisinau or Balti) for diagnostics.

After inspection, we will offer the best option: restoration of the fastening/replacement of the insert (if possible) and agree on the time frame and cost before starting work.

Do you do cleaning/polishing?

Yes. We offer professional cleaning and polishing (depending on the metal, coating, and presence of inserts).

Before the procedure, the specialist evaluates the item and selects a safe treatment method. The cost and timeframe are agreed upon in advance.

Is it possible to change the size?

In many cases, yes, but it depends on the model, design and presence of inserts .

  • Some rings can be enlarged/reduced within the allowable range.
  • Pieces with complex shank, stone rows or certain types of settings may have limitations.

We recommend bringing the item to the salon: after diagnostics, we will inform you whether a size change is possible, as well as the timeframe and cost.

How long does the repair take?

The repair time depends on the complexity and availability of materials:

  • Simple work (lock, small soldering, cleaning/polishing) - usually 1-3 working days ;
  • More complex cases (insertions, restoration of fastenings, individual works) - usually up to 7-14 working days .

The technician will inform you of the exact time after the diagnostics.

Do I need a receipt/tag/product code?

Preferably, yes: a receipt/confirmation of purchase speeds up identification and processing of the request.

If you don't have your receipt (for example, if the item was a gift), please contact us: we'll try to find the purchase based on the customer's details/date/additional information and accept the item for inspection.
