We'll create jewelry to suit your budget, size, and preferences. Consultations are available in Chisinau and Balti.

What we offer

Manufacturing from scratch
We'll create a piece of jewelry based on a reference or concept. We'll select the metal, stones, and size.
Before we begin, we will agree on the design, cost and deadline.
Rework / Update
We will update your decoration: design, setting, inserts, size.
First - inspection and calculation of works.
Selection of stone
We will select a stone to suit your design and budget.
We will show the options and explain the characteristics.
You choose before approval.

The process in 5 steps

1. Application – references/idea, budget, deadline. Photos of the product (for reworking) and examples of how you like it are welcome.

2. Consultation – online or in-store. We'll confirm the size, metal/grade, and stones, and offer 2-3 options.

3. Calculation – metal, stones, work, term.
Finishing/engraving and rush orders may also be included. We'll fix the price before we begin.

4. Manufacturing — Once the order is approved, the product begins production if the client provides their own metal. If no metal is provided, the client must make a minimum 30% advance payment. If necessary, we'll show you an intermediate stage to ensure you're confident in the final product.

5. Pickup or delivery. Chisinau/Balti; delivery times will be agreed upon in advance.

How is the price of a custom order determined?

Metal: sample + approximate weight
Stones: type, quality, carat weight
Work: complexity of the model, fastenings, manual work
Optional: finish/engraving/rhodium plating (if applicable)

We will offer 2-3 options for different budgets - varying the stone/weight/complexity, while maintaining the overall style.

What advance payment is required?

Yes, for a custom order, an advance payment is usually required after the design, cost, and deadline have been agreed upon .
The prepayment amount depends on the item and materials (especially if you need custom stones). You pay the remaining amount upon delivery.

Can I use my own gold/stones?

Yes, in most cases, we can. We first inspect and assess the condition of the metal/stones and discuss whether the material is suitable for the chosen design.

If the stones require special setting or there are risks (e.g. chips/microcracks), we will notify you in advance and offer alternatives.

Is it possible to make it from a photo/reference?

Yes, you can send photos/references. We'll suggest what can be exactly replicated and what can be best adapted to your budget, size, and the characteristics of the stones.

Is it possible to change the size after production?

Often, yes, but it depends on the model (a ring with a row of stones, a complex setting, or a solid shape may limit the possibility).

We always discuss this during the consultation and recommend taking accurate size measurements beforehand to avoid unnecessary changes.
