The process in 5 steps
1. Application – references/idea, budget, deadline. Photos of the product (for reworking) and examples of how you like it are welcome.
2. Consultation – online or in-store. We'll confirm the size, metal/grade, and stones, and offer 2-3 options.
3. Calculation – metal, stones, work, term.
Finishing/engraving and rush orders may also be included. We'll fix the price before we begin.
4. Manufacturing — Once the order is approved, the product begins production if the client provides their own metal. If no metal is provided, the client must make a minimum 30% advance payment. If necessary, we'll show you an intermediate stage to ensure you're confident in the final product.
5. Pickup or delivery. Chisinau/Balti; delivery times will be agreed upon in advance.
Frequently Asked Questions

How is the price of a custom order determined?
• Metal: metal colour, fineness, dimensions (width and height) + approximate weight
• Stones: type, dimensions, quality and carat weight
• Workmanship: complexity of the design, type of setting and hand finishing
• Optional: finishing, engraving or rhodium plating, where applicable
• Production time: up to 30 business days. The exact timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the piece. An urgent order may also be possible upon request.
We will offer 2–3 options for different budgets by adjusting the stone, weight or complexity of the design while preserving the overall style of the jewellery.
What advance payment is required?
Yes, a custom order usually requires an advance payment after the design, price, and production time have been agreed upon.
The amount of the advance payment may vary depending on the jewellery piece and the materials required, particularly if stones need to be specially ordered. The remaining balance is paid when the finished piece is collected.
The standard advance payment is 30%.
If the jewellery is made using metal provided by the client, no advance payment is required.
Due to fluctuations in global metal prices, if a completed order is not collected for an extended period, we reserve the right to adjust the final price. Any adjustment will be based on the current metal price on the date the jewellery is collected.
Can I use my own gold/stones?
Yes, in most cases, this is possible. We first inspect and assess the condition of the metal and stones and discuss whether the materials are suitable for the chosen design.
If the stones require a specific type of setting or there are potential risks, such as chips or microcracks, we will inform you in advance and suggest suitable alternatives.
At the client’s request, a precious stone, including a diamond, can be examined in their presence. We take the necessary measurements, after which the stone may remain with the client until the jewellery piece is completed. When the finished piece is collected, the stone is set in the client’s presence.
Repairs of jewellery containing precious stones are also carried out in the client’s presence.
Is it possible to make it from a photo/reference?
Yes, you can send photos/references. We'll suggest what can be exactly replicated and what can be best adapted to your budget, size, and the characteristics of the stones.
Is it possible to change the size after production?
Often, yes, but it depends on the model (a ring with a row of stones, a complex setting, or a solid shape may limit the possibility).
We always discuss this during the consultation and recommend taking accurate size measurements beforehand to avoid unnecessary changes.
